Parent's/Guardian's Indemnification and Release

In consideration of __________________________________________________ (print minor's name) ("Minor") being permitted by Crossfire Recreational Center, LLC to participate in its activities and to use its equipment and facilities, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crossfire Recreational Center, LLC from any all claims which are brought by, or on behalf of Minor, and which are in any way connected with suach use or participation by Minor. 

I hereby give my permission for Minor to be in possession of a firearm and to be under the care and supervision of ______________________________________________ while on the premises of Crossfire Recreational Center, LLC.
